First Place but Not Paid?
Posted: Thu Sep 17, 2009 10:31 pmYou only win if you are in first place when the tournament is completed (or one of the top 5 positions in Pay 5 tournaments). For example if the tournament says LE 10 that means it is limited to 10 entries. Ten people must enter before the tournament is complete. If after 10 people have entered you are still in first place, then you win the prize. If you enter a Sprint to Score (STS) then you can win the tournament immediately if you reach the target score (for example STS 26000 means you have to get 26000 points or more to win and be the first to post the score). In a Sprint to Level (STL) you have to be the first to clear the specified number of levels. In a Timed tournament (TIM) you have to be in first place when the time limit is up.
