Score would not post

When a score will not post, it is usually caused by a problem on the internet.
When you enter a tournament, the game is actually played on your computer and is running separate and independent of our site. When the game ends, your computer attempts to reconnect with our server. That connection can go through 18-25 servers and switches before it reaches us. If there is a problem anywhere along that line the score may fail to post. Usually you will see a pop-up box that asks you if you want to try again to post score. You should answer Yes to this question. In some cases it may be impossible for the game to reconnect to the server. We have no control over this. When a score fails to post, it may show your as still playing for awhile. Once the server realizes that the score cannot be posted the score will be changed to -1 in the standings. Unfortunately, since your score exists only on your computer and only while the game console is active, we have no way of verifying whether it was a winning score or not. We will gladly refund your entry fee in these situations, but we are unable to award any prizes for scores that might have been winners if they had posted.
