Site Problems

The cursor in Make 13 acts like it has a mind of its own...ie...the game will load, but then I just have to sit here watching the game cursor jump around the screen. My own cursor won't work at all. It is fine on the other games. I reported this to TG and Jodi responded telling me to uninstall/reinstall the consol. I did this twice to no avail. When I try to reply to Jodi, I get a mostly black screen so can't use the program to reply. I just now went to Add Remove Programs in Control Panel to remove TG and try again to reinstall it. Now, it won't even uninstall. When I click on Remove, I immediately get a box saying the uninstall is complete, but it isn't. Anyone have any suggestions for me? Thank you.
