| The first thing you should do is completely scan your system for viruses.
>Then, on your Internet browser, click "Tools" and then click "Internet
>Options". Click on "Delete Files" and a message will appear that reads
>"Delete All Files in the Temporary Internet Files". Click okay.

>1. Go to "MY COMPUTER", then "CONTROL PANEL", then click on "ADD/REMOVE
PROGRAMS".
2. Delete/Uninstall Tournament Games program and associated files.
3. Make sure ALL NON-ESSENTIAL BACKGROUND PROGRAMS ARE SHUT DOWN. Go to
www.tournamentgames.com and re-download Tournament Games. When download is
complete and you're asked "Do you want to uninstall, etc.", click "yes".
4. Before trying to play, go to Microsoft on line (www.msn.com) and
download the latest version of MS Internet Explorer (6.0 or greater) even
if you already have that version. When you receive a message informing you
that you already have the latest version, ignore the message and go ahead
and download the browser.
5. You should now have a Tournament Games icon on your desktop.
6. Try to play the games and let me know.
