If the game malfunctions during a pay tournament we will gladly refund you the cost of your game. Unfortunately, since there is no way to verify your score your score on such a game is voided. If you experience this problem just send us some e-mail and let us know about what time your game crashed and if possible the tournament number. We'll gladly re-credit your account. |
