| There are a couple of things that can cause some confusion in certain
tournaments. Remember, just having first place on some tournaments does not
mean you've won the tournament. When the tournament closes, that only means
that no new plays are allowed to start but those plays that had already
begun are allowed to complete. If you're unsure about a tournament then be
sure to check the standings for that tournament ID number. If the tournament
shows marked FINAL and you're in first place, then you've won. If the
tournament shows PENDING then there are some outstanding tournaments left.

If you are concerned that you were not credited for a legitimate win, check
under " Features" and click on standings. You can also check your recent activity
under " Accounts" and click on recent activity.
In all cases please be sure to note the Tournament ID number. Without that
number it can be very difficult if not impossible to locate the particular
tournament in question as we run thousands of tournaments each day.
