How are withdraws processed?

Postby nawins » Tue Nov 24, 2009 10:29 pm

I have looked every where and can not find any information on cashing out. Whee can I find this? Is there still a 3 week wait and are checks the only options?

Hello Nawins,

In the second part of you question as to how to cash out. Try this.
1. In the main screen click on account
2. Then you will see your account and there are three tabs just under account settings. You need to click on the one that says advanced.
3. Then towards the bottom next to the amount of cash you have is the secret blue letters. REDEEM CREDITS.
4. Click on Redeem credits.
5. At the bottom is a box that you can type in the amount you want to withdraw.

Hi Nawins,

oops, missed one step. Here I was trying to be so careful. Between steps 1 and 2 there is one more thing. After clicking accounts in the main page you have to click My Accounts and then proceed to step 2 above.
