We have many using the new console, however...

We have a few that we are working with. Here is what they say: (anonymous)

This new format is HORRIBLE
I don't like anything about the upgrade

Actually this one was quite helpful:
I really dislike this new version. It is so unprofessional, hard to find tourneys I liked to play, the tournament listings are hard to read, and appeared much brighter w/black backgrounds

From this I am guessing for some reason it is hard to tell that you can still click on the column headers to sort the tournament list. If anyone has any suggestion that would make it easier for everyone, please suggest it to us

Let me start by saying, the console as it is today, although not perfect, is a culminations of both TG and Players alike. One good idea from a player is worth 4 ideas from tg.

We welcome constructive criticism, we thrive from that, So if you have a dislike, by all means tell us. But please may we ask, that you give us as much detail as you can. For instance a player with an issue might try:

1 I need to be able to do [this] and I cannot find where to do it.
2 the color and contrast on the theme I have selected for my console, is Hideous. Is there anything I can do?
3. My previous console [acted in this particular way], but now my experience is [not reacting when I click]
4. How does [this particular section] work, you guys need a bigger help section.

These type suggestions give us somewhere to start, then before bothering you with questions, we can go forward in finding the resolution.

I would like to say thank you to all our players, and to the readers of this forum.

ps. We will be working in the forum for the latest info, docs , news etc. My hope is that we build up the FAQ section and couple them with good solid answers. Lord knows we get a lot of good questions, especially after an update. So if you guys are interested, let us know, and we will respond by writing more documents / manuals (etc) on the forum.

Thank you
tg
