Tournament prizes not posted fast enough

It can take up to 1 hour after the last entry in a tournament before it officially closes and credits are applied to your account. The reason for this is that until all outstanding scores are posted, a tournament cannot be final. Each entry is allowed anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour to post a score. After that time, the score is set to -1 indicating that it failed to post. Once all scores are recorded or marked as un-posted, then the tournament can end and the prizes paid. You can check results by looking at your recent activity. If the tournament has been over for more than an hour and you still do not see the credits, then contact us and we will be glad investigate further. To help us, please provide the tournament id number. You can get this by clicking on the Recent Activity link on the home page of the game console.
