END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Tournament Games:
Tournament Games Inc. End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Tournament Games Inc.. for Tournament Games Inc. Tournament Games (s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Tournament Games "). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Tournament Games , you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and Tournament Games Inc., (referred to as "licenser"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use Tournament Games .
Tournament Games is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
Tournament Games is licensed as follows:
(a) Installation and Use.
Tournament Games Inc. grants you the right to install and use copies of Tournament Games on your computer running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which Tournament Games was designed [e.g., Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows Vista, Windows 7]
(b) Backup Copies.
You may also make copies of Tournament Games as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.


2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of Tournament Games .
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute registered copies of Tournament Games to third parties. Evaluation versions available for download from Tournament Games Inc. website may be freely distributed.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Tournament Games , except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
(d) Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend Tournament Games .
(e) Support Services.
Tournament Games Inc. may provide you with support services related to Tournament Games ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of Tournament Games and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(f) Tournament Games reserves the right to terminate your account and freeze the assets within it, restrict the cashout of funds within, or any other method of restriction that is deemed necessary at any point in time if the user is found in violation of the terms and conditions. This includes when an account is associated with any such activity that is interpreted as being unfair to the other Tournament Games users, the company, or the individuals employed therein. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts, cheating, and any other such fraudulent acts.
(g) For account security purposes, Tournament Games reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of residence from a player at any time during their membership with Tournament Games. This can be provided in the form of a government issued photo id and a current utility bill showing the player's registered name and address. This information will be kept private in accordance with the company privacy policy. If an account fails to provide these documents to validate their account, Tournament Games reserves the right to terminate the account membership immediately.
(h) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of Tournament Games .


3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Tournament Games Inc. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Tournament Games in your possession.

4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to Tournament Games and any copies thereof are owned by Tournament Games Inc. or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Tournament Games is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tournament Games Inc..

The mission of Tournament Games is to provide the best online Game entertainment possible. In addition to providing fun and entertaining games and competitions, we also strive to provide a family atmosphere where you or any of your family members will feel safe and secure while playing at our site. We do not allow offensive usernames or discussions concerning controversal subject matter including but not limited to violence, drugs, sex, religion, race, hate, and politics. We want everyone to be able to have fun at our site.

At our site players are competing against each other in competitions that involve strategy based games (variations of Pyramid, Sudodu, Solitaire, etc. ). There is a winner for each competition and we (Tournament Games) have no control or influence in who wins. That is determined 100% by the scores that the players post. We do not host any GAMBLING or CASINO games on this site. None of our games incorporate betting of credits or cash nor any other such gambling type behavior.

Any attempt at manipulating the outcome of a game, or gameplay other than the functionality built into the game, i.e. cheating, reverse engineering, hacking, or any other attempts at influencing the standard gameplay, will result in complete forfeit of any and all priviledges at Tournament Games. We also reserve the right to request proof of identity from any player, at any time, in order to maintain a fair gameplay environment. Providing proof of identity is a security policy, and a player's personal information will never be shared with, given, nor sold to any third party.

We offer free tournaments, as well as tournaments that can be entered with credits, so players can try out any game they like without having to make a purchase. Unlike many web sites we do not sell advertising neither do we sell or rent players personal information. We depend on players credit purchases to pay our expenses and pay the cash prizes. We offer a service that costs a lot of money for us to provide, and we must have income from users receiving this service to stay in business.

At some point we may ask a player to make a credit purchase if they have not yet done so. If the player elects not to make a credit purchase we may at our discression de-activate that players account. Our bandwidth is limited so we periodically have to de-activate players that do not help support our site to make room for new players. This is however a last resort measure, as we value all our customers and want them to enjoy our site regardless of the amount of deposits made.

You must make an initial purchase of credits before you can withdraw. To qualify to withdraw funds from your account, a purchase must be made within the last calendar year. Accounts that fullfill these requirements may withdraw the amount showing as their balance (limited to a maximum of 10 times the total of purchased credits for the current calendar year minus previous withdrawals for the current calendar year), or your winnings for the current calendar year, whichever is less. Funds will be issued in check form within 30 days of the players withdrawal request submission as long as the account is found to be in compliance with company policies. The individual the check is issued to is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to the withdrawal in accordance with the legal statues that apply to their place of residence. This includes all additional fees such as processing, loss, etc. The processing of the inital withdrawal from an account can take up to, but will not exceed, 6 weeks to process and issue. For each subsequent withdrawal, a processing time of 30 days is the maximum allotment, however this time may be shorter depending on the amount of requests that are pending at that time. Withdrawals that exceed the amount of $499.00 are subject to being issued in installments and may be sent in separate checks that will total the amount of the withdrawal. In the event a check is lost, the individual can request a new check be issued. The subsequent check will be in the amount of the original sum minus the fee for the stop payment to be issued on the original check.

Only one account can be created per person, and only accounts two per household. If you open multiple accounts, any winnings from that account, or previous accounts, may not be eligible to withdraw winnings. We keep the site fair for all our players, so if there are any discrepancies concerning your score history, or reports from other players concerning your play history, cash out privileges may be revoked, as well as play privileges.

If you wish to gift game credits to another player we can do this for you as a courtesy, but the amount must be at least $5.00. We ask that you keep the number of transfers to a minimum since we have to do these manually.

5. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers such as purchase bonuses and coupons for puchase bonuses are individual entities. Only one promotional bonus can be used per transaction at any time. The promotions cannot be combined in any way or used in conjuction with one another.

Refund Policy
We want to keep you happy! If after you make a purchase, you are still not satisfied with our games or our service, please let us know within 14 days from the purchase date, and we will be glad to issue a refund to you.
