I can't even get to the screen to log in

... unless I go directly to the web site from the internet then it redirects me to my log in screen, but I get a communication error and it still won't let me play, I tried reloading the whole program with no luck, I sure hope you can help. Its seems to me that this has happened before a couple years ago, but I not sure. Thanks <System Info: IE7 / WinXP>

First, Uninstall the console. Go here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936213 and follow method 4. Reinstall the console. Also make sure any security software (firewall, antivirus) is disabled to see if that helps. If you are still having a problem please write me the error you are seeing exactly as it appears.
