What are casual skill game tournaments?
Casual skill game tournaments are games where you can compete
against other players. These games, unlike casino games or gambling games, are won
by a players strategic gameplay, not chance. Our games, consist of timed movements,
or plays, and logical decisions. The more efficiently you play (i.e. develop your
strategy for gameplay), the higher standing you obtain in a competition. This is
due to the fact that you are not competing against cards, a computer, or a dealer.
The competition is against other live players who have an equal chance. Therefore,
the most strategic, skillful player is the winner and not the "luckiest", as it
is not a game of chance.
What are “Practice Games”?
Practice Games are versions of the games that we have available
for competition in a non-competitive format. These games can be used to “practice”
your strategies and prepare for tournament competition.
What is the TG Player’s Pack?
The TG Player’s Pack is software that is both virus and advertisement
free and is available for free download from Tournament Games. There are 9 high
quality, full screen games included in the software. Once installed, you will be
able to compete in various tournaments with other live players through the program.
Gameplay does require an active internet connection so that the software can connect
with our servers that host the tournaments.
How do I register?
If you have already made an account with Tournament Games before,
you can simply use your current Username and Password to login. If you have not
previously made an account, you can register for your completely free account by
clicking on the Login link located at the top right of the Home Page. Simply fill
in your information in the section labeled Sign Up, and you can begin competing
in online tournaments immediately.
Where’s the catch...When do I have to pay?
There is no catch. You do not have to pay to play any of our
games. There are tournaments in each type of game that are designated with a free
entry fee that require no credits to enter. You can however decide to purchase credits
to enter into Special Tournaments. These tournaments have an entry fee and a prize
at the end for the winner. Those credits can then be used to compete in other tournaments
as you build up your prize winning account balance.
Do I have to purchase the Android Applications?
No, all our Mobile Apps are free to download. Some games have
special features that you can unlock or items you can use to enhance your gameplay
that can be purchased, however these items are not required to play the game or
enter in tournaments.
